About Me: Nicole Coleman *
I’m a holistic nutrition professional committed to helping people reconnect with their bodies, rebuild trust with food, and create sustainable habits that support their real lives, not the “perfect” version they feel they should be living. My work integrates evidence-based nutrition, mindful movement, and trauma-informed care to honor the full complexity of every person I support.
I hold a Master of Science in Integrative Nutrition from Bastyr University and am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) candidate, bringing a strong clinical foundation to my practice. I’m currently a Nutrition Intern at Ai Pono Maui, a residential eating disorder treatment center, where I have the privilege of walking alongside clients during some of the most meaningful and transformative moments of their healing.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Movement Coach with Level Up Maui, and Postpartum Doula, I weave together functional movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness to help clients build strength, resilience, and deeper self-understanding. My trauma-informed approach ensures every space I create is collaborative, respectful, and centered on client autonomy.
At the heart of my work is a simple mission: to meet each person exactly where they are and guide them toward choices that align with their values, their season of life, and the authentic version of themselves they’re growing into.
